- Design, create, and produce tools to promote business activities.
- Marketing on digital platforms and social networks.
- Build customer database.
- Direct, control & implement media content and images.
▪ Operate and manage model houses.
▪ Carry out market research activities and customer surveys.
Business activities
▪ Build, develop and manage distribution channels to achieve revenue and sales goals .
- Develop more customers for product lines .
- Develop training programs & monitor the quality of distribution channels
- Research & develop sales strategy / pricing policy / sales policy.
- Development and deployment Online sales, international/corporate/VIP customers
- Receive project implementation plans and legal documents for sales from the Project Director.
- Build & Develop distribution channels for product lines.
- Manage sales system by region.

Customer service.
▪ Manage contracts, liquidation, transfer, and ownership documents.
▪ Receiving focal point, Respond to inquiries.
▪ Contact customers about sales contracts, liquidation, transfers, and books.
▪ Collect debts.
▪ Implement customer care work.
▪ Forward the request to the Customer Relations Department.
▪ Handing over real estate to customers.
▪ Support residents at the project in the first phase after handover.
▪ Develop partners to serve customers&039; interests.
▪ Receive and respond to customer requests.
Budgeting & operations.
▪ Finalize and approve the operating budget (OB) to track and ensure actual costs, project future costs, enable investments to build, and promote accountability.
▪ Develop annual human resources plans to meet business targets/objectives to provide appropriate operating budgets.
▪ Develop, implement, and control annual budgets and implementation costs to ensure company cost efficiency.
▪ Prepare and manage Marketing & Sales budget.
Manage relationships with relevant associates.
▪ Coordinate with lawyers to develop contract templates to be signed with customers and other types of business- related contracts to ensure optimal revenue recognition and minimize risks.
▪ Manage the timely and accurate signing of contracts with customers while ensuring complete and scientific contract storage.
Build a high- performance organization and align the new elements that create growth.
▪ Train, develop, motivate and create development opportunities for managers and high potential young employees.
▪ Instill a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
▪ Identify capabilities and talent strategies for NLG&039;s team.
▪ Drive functional expertise by ensuring adoption of tools, methodologies, and best practices, through close collaboration with COE Directors, Marketing and Sales
