Responsible to develop sales channels locally and to the market abroad in collaboration with the General Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities (Nhiệm Vụ & Trách Nhiệm):
Submitting sales call reports on a monthly basis with total number of calls, past month activities, production against budget and targets, major business booked for that month and for the future, entertainment report, top twenty accounts, competitor information, upcoming projects, etc.
Ensuring that pre and post resumes of the groups are distributed to the proper departments and that pre and post conference with the customer and staffs take place where appropriate in collaboration with the management team.
Responsible to update all advanced sales automation project files.

Fully participate in the sales meeting and sales briefings, be proactive and solve problems as needed.
Performing other tasks as defined by the management.
Achieving budgeted room nights and Banquet, achieving function contribution for the sales department.
Maintaining the tour and travel mailing list to ensure that all contacts are entered and always remain current.
Ensuring that the grooming standards are appropriate when contacting or meeting clients or guests, or whenever appearing in the hotel’s public areas.
Performing sales and marketing functions or related duties and special projects as assigned and directed by the General Manager.
Determining with the General Manager the pricing strategies for the various market segments.
Relating the spa concept to staff and ensuring healthy living programme.
Being in touch with the market to find out what countries are increasing in arrivals and determine a change of strategy whenever necessary.
Assisting the General Manager in the day- to- day running of sales and public relations at property level.
Maintaining a professional relationship with all departments.
Responsible for producing the weekly, monthly and six monthly groups forecast figures.
Trace all group and event files relating to tour and travel in collaboration with the management team. Follow- up and constant calling to enable the Sales Team to secure the business.
Maintaining a close relationship with the Hotel Association, and the Tourism Board.
Achieving and developing rapport with the local tour operators, airlines and destination management companies through personal association and calling them on a planned and scheduled basis.
Concentrating on travel partner programme and calling on all airlines to stay in touch with the market trends regarding group travel.
Assisting the General Manager in the preparation of the market analysis, sales goals, marketing plan, special programs and other special reports for the hotel management and the Owner.
Ensuring that the sales system contains guest profiles, company profiles and all relevant information including the call reports.
Handling all activities related to site inspections, media visits, guest relations and clients or guests care, as well as after departure to follow thoroughly.
