Support , orient & develop finance ability
<Responsibility>
1/ Build up cooperation plan with other banks:
- Work with banks aiming to build up financial support program for customer.
- Support dealers to cooperate with banks aiming to support customer to buy machine more easily.
- Build up "Buy back old machine & sell brand new one to customer
- Build up procedure to sell out the old machine to other customer.
- Suggest financial program to cooperate with banks
2/ Evaluate Dealer's financial ability
- Periodically evaluate Dealer's financial ability
- Report on time if Dealer loose payment ability to YAV
3/ Support financial solution suggestion from dealer to customer
- Build up lending support solution from Dealer to customer
- Build up standard model for lending supporting program from Dealer to customer aiming to ensure safety & reduce risks when lending
4/ Build up Customer evaluation system
- Support to build up customer evaluation procedure aiming to reduce risks when selling machine & lending money.
- Support to set up procedure for keep tracking & revoke Debt from customer.
5/ Suggest credit limitation for dealer
- Suggest to issue credit limitation for Dealer when buying machine
- Build up keep tracking & evaluation procedure if Dealer have signal of lost of payment ability to YAV.
6/ Bank guarantee policy from Dealer when buying machine
- Build up Max bank guarantee fee supporting program from YAV to Dealers.
- Interacting each dealer's banks aiming to build up smoothly & clearly.

- University graduated specializing for bank & finance
- At least 2 year experience for bank or similar position
- Good at communication both Vietnamese and English
- Able to go business trip out of working area.
- Honesty, diligence, enthusiasm, hard work ..
