[Dist 3] Accounting Associate (Good English)

• Learn financial guidelines from the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and apply to the Headquarter Hong Kong corporation accordingly.
• Bookkeeping for management companies, advisory firms, and holding companies in multiple jurisdictions, including Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, and Japan.
• Receive, review, refute or confirm expenses for: research expenses, company
expenses, employee expenses and fund expenses.
• Participate in the payments process.
• Assist COO & Accounting Analyst to answer questions from the corporate company’s
auditors.
• Test software to add efficiency to corporate company’s processes.
• Assist Accounting Analyst and COO with corporate tax work and legal structuring research, review for possible corporate expansion (i.e.: Vietnam, etc).

• Bachelor of Accounting (or the equivalent).
• Experience with bookkeeping/audit for corporate service company or a financial
• Experience with U.S. GAAP or IFRS (Must have)
• Age: under 35 years old

Optional
• CPA (or its equivalent) is preferred but not required.

■Working time: Mon- Fri： Mon- Fri: 8:00- 17:00
■ Working conditions/Benefits :
- Bonus will different year to year, but generally it will be more than 1 month (because investment firm has different performance year by year).
- Basic salary + parking + phone + gym (50% gym fee).
- No 13th month salary.
- Other than that, we have 2 health insurance packages (national insurance and private insurance that cover 100%).
