E- learning building (40%)
Licensed product e- learning building:
• Coordinate with Distribution Capabilities Development (DCD) team and Product team to build licensed e- learning courses that meet the technical requirements and are easy- to- digest, easy- to- understand.
• Make adjustments and update the courses to reflect any product changes in collaboration with DCD, ensuring up- to- date knowledge and the desired learning experience.
Other e- learning/digital materials building:
• Actively and regularly revisit current learning materials (onboarding, soft- skills, e- library) to ensure the information and well updated and consistent throughout.
• Coordinate with the Distribution Digital Learning (DDL) Engagament PIC to produce supplementary E- learning courses and/or materials to reflect workforce’s needs.
Platform Management (40%)
• Take charge of the continous revision and update of testing/mock exams feature on the platform and work with DDL Engagement PIC to implement activities to drive engagement with the platform.
• Continously review the design and display of the platform and make necessary amendments in coordination with IT.
• Coordinate with relevant departments/teams to ensure the e- learning courses are published on e- learning platform (GenPass) correctly and without issues.
• Produce reports from the platforms to support engagement activities as well as supplementary content production.
Other responsibility (20%)
• Support with the implementation of DDL projects per department’s plan.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 year of experience in learning and development and/or distribution training that involves need analysis and learning content design
• Experience in building e- learning or any digital learning format
• Experience in Financial Services/Life Insurance distribution channels is an advantage
• Technical:
Excellent use of English and Vietnamese for researching and writing learning content that are concise, easy to understand and digest
Proficiency with authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline and/or Rise
Proficiency with Office tools (Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
Ability to use designing tools, photo/video editing
Experience with LMS management is an advantage
