Distribution Sales Representative

Develop and build long term strategic relationship with assigned and prospect client(s):
 Provide technical solutions for customers by working closely with BID team;
 Analyze reports to propose and implement weekly/ monthly sales activities and plans;
 Understand and develop strong relationship with assigned wholesalers;
 Identify the prospects, turn them into the value clients and identify areas for growth/ development;
 Resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner;
 Prepare proposals prior to any negotiations and keep track of terms of contracts;
 Work across departments to be the channel experts for clients so as to advise solutions and develop business;
Sales strategies implementation:
 Keep up- to- date on current market changes and trends.
 Develop, align and implement distribution channel portfolio strategies, go- to- channel routes;
 Plan and implement promotion, launching new products, workshop and related tasks;

- Minimum Diploma level in business, sales, marketing;
- 1- 3 years of experience in Sales in food & beverage industry;
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proactive, able to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment;
- Target- oriented and highly driven to achieve sales target;
- Bilingual with proficiency in English speaking and writing;
- Having knowledge with beverage is a plus;
- Hardworking, good presentation skill and be willing to learn;
- Good at negotiation, building relationship, and results- driven;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft office…).

- Work remotely in Can Tho city and be able to travel when assigned.
