Distributor Development Manager

Atlas Copco Vietnam is looking for competent Distributor Development Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze market and develop marketing strategies to reach yearly targets.
- Support and train distributors/resellers to improve product knowledge, application…
- Manage and develop indirect sales channel in Viet Nam.
- Report directly to Business Line Manager
- Actively collaborate with sales and marketing team to ensure best market coverage.

The role will be based in Di An, Binh Duong and covers whole Vietnam market.

Experience and skill requirements:
- Willing to travel frequently (domestic and overseas)
- Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with distributors.
- Good understanding and experience on channel sales management
- Business analysis, planning, presentation, and organization skills
Education:
- Good Chinese ability is an advantage.
- University degree or bachelor’s degree in engineering or proven by experience.
- Good command in English
