[District 1, HCM] [Expert Network Service] Associate (21909)

The Reeracoen Group is a comprehensive human resources service firm based in 11 regions in 7 APAC countries. Since establishment in 2011. Currently, we are launching an Expert Network Service(ENS) to further expand the scale of our business by utilizing the matching know-how gained from the databases of each branch and the recruitment services.
【What will you be working on】
- Review and analyze client research requests and use a range of resources to identify the most relevant subject matter experts across geographies, industries, and topics for each project.
- Utilize available tools(Phone, LinkedIn etc.) to recruit new experts to join our projects.
- Conduct interviews & short surveys with Experts to confirm if experts are suitable for projects.
- Summarize and deliver the necessary information of Experts to client.
Report to Singapore branch

[What we are looking for]
- Minimum a Degree holder or above.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is needed.
- Fluent in English is a must and Mandarin is a plus point in order to liaise with native counterparts.
- Actively work to improve business in a startup environment.
