[District 12] Quality Assurance Officer

Ensure consistency and transparency in error handling across teams/shifts.
Monitor and oversee the implementation of quality improvement action/corrective and preventive actions).
Collect and analyze quality control data and client feedback to identify errors and propose improvements. Log and categorize errors in the quality control system (by severity and type).
Communicate with customers upon request, and attend meetings regarding quality issues.
Prepare and submit regular quality reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
Support the Compliance Department carrying out internal audit activities within the scope of the Operations Department and company- wide, as well as during external audits with clients or third parties.
Take primary responsibility for training project teams within the Operations Department on key quality standards (if needed), as well as processes and procedures related to Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
Propose internal improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

English proficiency equivalent to B1 level (reading & writing)
Proficient in reporting tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.
Able to analyze root causes and provide suitable solutions to quality- related issues in daily operations.
Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and requirements.
Proficient in using the 7 Quality Management Tools (e.g., Pareto charts, control charts, flowcharts, fishbone diagrams, etc.) for analyzing and improving processes.
Basic understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
Experienced in monitoring and evaluating workflows to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements.
Able to understand and visualize technical workflows using tools like MS Office, draw.io, or similar.
Clear communicator, capable of effectively conveying information to colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
Graduation from Business Analysis or Computer Science (with a focus on Data Analysis) is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or equivalent roles.
