 Manage the team’s competency development by actively participating in their recruitment and training process
 Working with Customers and leading the whole team to be able to achieve Monthly / Yearly Target.
 Ensure Product integrity, Price and comparison Data base BOM Integrity/Cost sign off.
 Ensures team is clear on deliverables for TAC and SLA, roles and responsibilities are clear.
 Ensure Planning gives full visibility and delivers and monitors TAC to deliver DIFOT.
 Ensure client facing meeting are prepared, structured and meaningful; focusing on a customer satisfaction experience.
 The development, management and delivery of all technical and aesthetic details which ensure quality “Right First time” for Proto, First Fit, SMS, PP and TOP samples.
 Ensure all MIS, Critical paths and TAC available. Monitor and communicate milestones.
 Find solutions to settle bottle neck issues to ensure timely deliveries.
 Other tasks as assigned from BOD.
 Ensure all Merchandisers, Planner, Developers are aware of roles and responsibilities with measurable deliverables.
 Ensure all Merchandise information is collated and communicated on time in a concise manner.
 Manage conflict within Merchandising Department.

 Good in Email, XL is must. SAP, power BI is welcome.
 Speaking and writing good level.
 Experience bove 10 years above related in the Jean/garment manufacturing industry.
 Bachelor’s Degree in Garment Technology, Engineering or any related field.
