Division Merchandising Manager ( Woven & Knit ) - Station At HCM Vietnam Office

- Responsible for daily development/ sourcing/ merchandising/ bulk production duties
- Head up a team of Merchandisers to manage production or offshore areas.
- Manage and lead associates within the division to ensure compliance with job responsibilities and objectives, internal coordination with departments.
- Market research
- Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by the management.
- Ensure seamless coordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues.
- Regional coordination with other offices production in terms of piece good allocation.
- Attend and participate in company operational meetings

- Diploma in textile/clothing or a University graduate in any discipline is highly pref
- Solid experience in Woven & Knit items, must Possess STRONG woven & knit fabric and garment knowledge, preferably in Golf Knits and Ladies’ Fashion Woven & Knits for Men’s and Ladies’ – fashion items, casual wear, sportswear.. is a MUST
- Min. 15 years relevant experience in buying office, trading, or manufacturer
- Lead Product Development Team + Production Team, manage all merchandising duties – sourcing new potential suppliers, costing, development, sampling, bulk, direct communication with US teams and internal counterparts
- Good command of English with hands- on PC skills
- Solid experience in the US market
- Proven experience in Fashion Woven & Knit items is a MUST
- Candidates with overseas working experience are highly preferred
- Mature, hardworking, and independent with good presentation skills and a strong sense of fashion trends. Detail- oriented, good at numbers, and able to work under pressure
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Frequent travel is required
- Excellent sourcing network
