JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Print and file accounting documents in accordance with VAS/IFRS.
Work with related departments to verify sales, expenses, reimbursements, and inventory transfers for new projects.
Record daily sales slips and other related documents (if any), and be responsible for other accounting tasks related to new projects.
Review supporting documents for payments and prepare accounting slips to record expenses of the RHQ office.
Follow up on invoice issuance and coordinate with partners/affiliates to collect service fees.
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh graduates with good academic results, or candidates with 1+ years of progressively responsible experience in a similar position in a large company or corporation.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent business experience.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support promotional planning and execution.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Maintain and update product data, SKU database, and system records.
Liaise with vendors/brands; prepare meeting materials and recaps.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Vietnam Customs regulations.
Work closely with cross- functional teams (Logistics, Marketing, Finance, HR) and HQ.
Prepare reports, analyze sales and inventory data, and consolidate information from relevant teams.
Support stock replenishment, allocation, and inventory control.
Assist in managing assigned categories (e.g., Beauty, Liquor/Wine/Tobacco, Local Products & Souvenirs).
Coordinate with stores, branches, and internal departments to resolve merchandising, promotion, and sales performance issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Retail, Marketing, or related field.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
1–2 years of merchandising/buying experience preferred.
