Document Controller - Energy - 4U018

Ensure version control and proper document numbering, file naming, and revision tracking.
Support QA/QC team to ensure proper documentation for project handover, commissioning, and O&M.
Manage document transmittals and ensure timely submission to clients and third parties.
Support audit preparation and document submission to authorities or investors.
Coordinate document flow between internal departments (engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE) and external stakeholders (EPC contractors, consultants, authorities, and clients).
Control access rights and ensure only authorized personnel can edit or approve documents.
Support the development and implementation of Document Management Plan (DMP) and related procedures.
Establish, maintain, and update the document control system (manual or digital) in line with company and project requirements.
Register, track, and archive all incoming/outgoing documents (drawings, specifications, reports, correspondences, etc.).
Notify relevant teams of document updates, deadlines, and required actions.
Ensure all documents comply with project standards, naming conventions, and regulatory requirements.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
Experience:
• At least years of experience in document control, preferably in energy, power plant, or construction
projects.
• Familiar with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and document management
• Experience working with EPC contractors or project developers is highly preferred.
systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, Procore).
Skills:
• Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in MS Office, PDF management, and project document software.
