Document Staff (9 Months Contract)

Main Job Purposes:

Collaborate in BPM and Staff Management & Development

Handle abnormal issues and liability claim from customer

Handle booking and booking management

Job Descriptions:

Booking Management (key accounts)
- Learn SOP
- Handle volume forecast
- Handle bookings
- Handle booking request from customer
Submit manifest filling
- Control gate- in status, on- board status, transhipment and ETA
- Receive the notification about the risk rate, coordinate with parties for investigating.
- Main window to co- ordinate the shipment process.
- Tracking and update shipment milestones
- Support SUP to collect the document, evidence, image from the plaintiff, suppliers, overseas agents and related parties.
- Report to Supervisor
- Handle abnormal issues and liability claim from customer
- Make the report about risk rate/ original reason/ consequence/ action.
Collabrate in handling report packages
- Record result for individual KPI
- Be trained as schedule.
- Individual workload review
- Conduct Performance appraisal for individual as per HR&039;s guidance

University of economic, foreign trade, foreign language or social science
6 months to 1 year of experience in international freight forwarding
Fair English competence (Listening, speaking and reading &writing).
Knowledge of logistics service chain
Knowledge of exporting and importing
Customer relation management
Good knowledge in international freight forwarding.
Experience in practical co- ordination and solving problem.
Familiar with web- based Global working platform.
