Documentation Executive

This position works in the Documentation team - Export:
- Chase Shipping Instruction
- Collect original LOIs of amendment done by SSC and send confirmation to SSC so that they can proceed with the amendment.
- Communicate with customers regarding the group procedure.
- Send notice to POI in case OBL is required to issue in the third country.
- Solve requests for information from SSC, customers.
- Communicate with POD for releasing cargo.
- Print / Release original B/L.
- Submit the e-manifest of export cargo to VN customs.
- Communicate with HO DOC via Zendesk for special requirements from customers.
- Send notice of re-file customs to filing agent
- Send telex release, seaway bill notice for non-credit customers.
- Check & collect original LOI of telex release/seaway bill.
- Support SSC to communicate with customers and other departments in case needed.
- Amend the bill of lading

- Computer: good at MS Office
- Language: an intermediate level of English
- Personalities: patient, careful, detail-oriented, hard-working, pro-active
- Experience: 1 -2 years of working experience in the same position in shipping companies or freight forwarder companies.
- Education: Bachelor degree; major in Sea Transportation, Export- Import, Foreign Trade or similar ones
- Skills: time management, stress management, problem-solving, work well under high pressure
