Documentation Specialist

Cooperate with Production engineer and QA engineer for checking, reviewing and approving documents before applying into production.
Deliver documentation according provided scheduled by the superior.
Open communication and enjoy working in teams
Create / translate documentation for Production Engineering
Update change request form
Accurate, disciplined and precise
Supportive in working with other departments
Other tasks upon requests of superior.
Create operator work instruction for new products/configurations/variants according information delivered by the project team.
Revise, modify and update changes of work instructions according to the change request.
Report timely to direct superiors
Start documentation approval flow according to the documentation procedure.
Update status of the request in the system.
Assure all the documentation in charge is implemented in accordance with ISO requirements.
Timely issue approved documentation to relevant departments in production.
Contact with relevant person/department to clarify request when needed.
Update documentation planning weekly
Translate technical documents, drawings, and specifications.

Education: Bachelor of Technical English, Electronics/ Mechantronics/ Mechanical Engineering or English major.
Experience:

1 year experience in relavant job as well as some job related to documetation in manufacturing environment.
Used to work with documentation stranlation.

Professional knowledge of:

Be able to make documentation plan and confirm to relevant people
Be able to read technical drawings of products
Be able to learn about technical knowledge of product areas that she/he has worked on
Knowledge of computer servicing:Familiar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Familiar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
