- Track the shipping and delivery status, maintain good relationship with shipping company, warehouse, fleet and other related departments;
- Complete the document work independently, timely and accurately complete the document processing such as document preparation;
- Be responsible for customer service and answer the customer&039;s booking questions. From the perspective of customers, solve practical problems for customers quickly and effectively;
- Confirm the B/L or other declaration contents with customers and input the cargo information into the system in time;
- Finish other daily work assigned by superior.
- Input the relevant expenses and arrange the billing;
- Assist operation to complete daily work and arrange route documents;

- Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under strong pressure;
- Documentation experience in US lane is preferred;
- College degree or above, major in logistics or international trade is preferred;
- Good command of English reading and writing;
- Good interpersonal communication skills and team spirit.
