The Ocean Documentation Staff is in charge of meeting quality standards, providing prompt data entry into internal system, managing shipment documentation and payment procedures in an efficient and effective manner.
• Update the VGM and MSI on the carrier&039;s system, verify the accuracy of the HBL and MBL, file AMS,ACI and ISF
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
• Issue debit notes to customer. Check and follow up on carrier telex releases and surrendered MBLs.
• Report to direct superiors as requested.
• Receive SI from shippers and issue HBL to customer
• Notify superiors of any irregular issues on time.

College or Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• A minimum of one year&039;s experience in the logistics and forwarding field, along with a thorough understanding of its procedures and practices.
• English is preffered.
• Computer skill is required
• Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
• Working Place: Unit 1, 12th Floor, Century Tower, 458 Minh Khai Str.,Hai Ba Trung Dist.,Hanoi

• Working time: 8:00 – 17:30 Monday- Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)
• Salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
