Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Tracking recruitment report
- Implement & monitor end to end recruitment process (from screening to joining, including Onboarding process, exit interview).
- Administer sources of recruitment and letters of job application. Follow- up and complete the process both in system and paperwork.
- Reserve candidates&039; pool to ensure and to deliver recruitment process in effective way by networking with universities and other sources to get candidates (HR Network, HR Club, Staff referral...) at level Operator to Shift Leader/ Supervisor
- Implement Employee Branding
Training & Development
- Assist to run Skill Assessment program
- Support to implement Training Plan & tracking report
Employee Relations
- Consult internal working regulation (ILR) and labour law to employee.
Compliance
- Ensure related policies/process are implemented and adhered to local and global ones (W2HO)
- Coordinate to have internal/external reports related to the job&039;s areas required by law or the Company
- BRC Pillar by coordinating with HR Team members to ensure this activity in line with the Company&039;s target.
Complementary tasks
- Co- ordinate with and support HR colleagues in carrying out department assignments.
- Perform other tasks/projects that may be assigned from time to time by HRBP Supervisor/ HR Manager

A degree in Human Resources or similar fields of study
At least 3 years of professional experience in HR
Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources best practices and local labor laws and regulations
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Communication, problem solving, customer- focused and interview & selection skills
