As an L&D Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping our learning and development initiatives. Your primary responsibiliy will be to create and implement effective training and development programmes that align with our core values and business objectives. Training Deliver:

Delivery training sessions and workshops that inspire and engage employees

L&D Strategy:

Collaborate with senior management to develop a comprehensive L&D strategy and plan that aligns with our business goals
Ensure that L&D initiatives contribute to the development of our core values and mission

Performance Evaluation:

Gather feedback and make improvements based on data- driven insights
Implement assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training and programmes

Continuous Improvement:

Continuously innovate and adapt L&D initiatives to meet evolving business needs
Stay up- to- date with the latest trends and best practices in L&D

Data – Driven Insights:

Leverage data to drive L&D decisions and ensure that training efforts are data- driven and results- oriented
