Goal of position (Why was this position created?)
To improve the target output and quality of new products, engaging new ideas from an engineering perspective to enhance the production line and action factory innovation.
Nhiệm vụ (Mô tả công việc chính)/ Tasks (Description of main tasks)

Design and develop new products dealing with metal and polyurethane.
Developing jigs, casting molds, and tooling.
Innovate production lines with new methods of developing product. While working with production engineering to improve manufacturing quality

In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his supervisor that are essentially related to his duties.

Qualifications:

Understanding of automotive design and engineering.
University Graduated, with an emphasis on mechanical engineering.

Experience:

Displays discipline and responsibility during work hours
Understanding of machinery such as CNC operated machinery, robotics, and mould casting is a plus.
Work in a team environment within the R&D team, as well as outside departments.
Advanced understanding of measuring equipment; calipers, verniers, CMM.
Able to work within strict time frames and guidelines
Read and understand English documents, proficient communication in English.
Knowledge of Auto CAD is preferred.
Proficient using SolidWorks 3D software and the creation of 2D drawings.
Can adapt to a fast- moving environment, and a has potential for growth within the company
Understanding of production lines and basic supply chain.
Communicate directly with Australian based R&D operations.
