- Making Fabric Inspection Plan based on Summary Cutting Plan  ,based on  Plan received from Planning dept for for all units of FGL. Ensure Fabric Inspection  team inspects  to Specs and  makes sure uninterrupted supply of raw material
- Sending Fabric Inspection Status based on Summary Cutting Plan to all unit of FGL at least 5 days before PCD and 7  to 10 days before to Warehouse  to arrange shade band and fabric inspection in time.
- Coordinate with Merchandising to send  Dye Lot Approval  / Approval of Master color before colour assessment is done.
nitor daily Shade Segregation process, and ensure shade wise matching is done by  worker in the proper way and correct color direction. Same time, make sure Bulk fabric colour release to cut is  matched accurately  with 1st Dye Lot Approved/lap dip and Dye To Match (DTM) with neck RIB or fabric contrast.
- Monitor daily 10% fabric inspection, ensure QC inspector follow right method for inspection of  fabric and give correct penalty points for defects. Review fabrics for all defect type with inspector before they make rejected report and inform Store arrange next 15% inspection.
- Sending Fabric Inspection Rejected Report to concerned  Merchant and other related dept. with QA solution to work with fabric mill & take it up to Buyer (if any).
- Hand over fabric defect yard or mock up to Merchandising, rejected thru AX system  until  final decision is taken
- Working with Fabric mill's QC by reviewing  fabric defect, get their  confirmation and make them  agree for  replacement. 
- Review fabric color, fabric shade from stock or style to style transfer case for re-cut or fabric shortage. Ensure it accurately  matches  with current Bulk Production in line.
- Make Trim Inspection Plan, especially collar/cuff based on Production Plan update (PP updated) for QC follow up and push Store arrange to QC in time.
- Coordinate with Merchandising dept to send Approve trim/layout before doing  trim inspection.
- Monitor daily AQL 0.65 Trim Inspection. Review all defect type with QC inspector before they make rejected report. 
- Review 100% collar/cuff color all batch with Approved & Fabric, ensure actual collar/cuff match with Approved Dye Lot & good DTM with the body fabric.
- Monitor and arrange manpower for sorting defective material
- Sending Trim Inspection Rejected Report to concerned  Merchant and other relate dept with QA solution to work with supplier & take it up to Buyer (if any).
- Hand over sample trim defect or mock up to Merchant. Wait for final decision before release to Store, pass to Production line.

- Coordinate with Merchandiser to send Approved Dye Lot / Master colour before  color assessment is made .
- Coordinate with Merchandiser to send Approved trim/layout before  trim inspection is started.
- Send details of Material defects / rejects and get final decision from Merchant  to proceed.
- Arrange Fabric Wash Shrinkage Tests and arrange  for pilot run  for wash product styles
- Ensure Fabric supply atleast 3 days before the PCD for  Bulk Production, ensure sufficient lead time  to do inspection  to meet PCD
- Ensure Fabric Inspection is accurate and on time conforming  to the requirements  of the AX system
