Driver Operations Associate, Binh Chanh Hub

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City as a Driver Operations Associate! We&039;re seeking a high- energy and results- oriented individual to ensure a smooth experience for our driver- partners.
What you’ll do

Lead fleet training, as well as manage drivers to to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to agreed- upon SOPs and SLAs.
Install the Lalamove Stickers on the driver&039;s vehicle and ensuring that the Stickers is applied to the relevant standards for each kind of truck
Prepare monthly delivery statements and invoices for clients and payments for drivers.
Assist in the review of the current logistics and operations team&039;s SOP.
Special/ad- hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager
Create new ideas and process improvements to help streamline daily operational tasks.
Exceed individual and Driver Operations team targets & KPIs.
Ensure steady driver’s supply, manage driver side commercials, and optimize vehicle utilization.

Work time: Monday- Friday (09:00- 18:00) & Saturday (09:00- 13:000)
Work location: Binh Chanh District, HCMC

What you need

Education: Bachelor&039;s degree or college experience preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in operations or customer service is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations background/customer service;
Skills:
Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese;
Outgoing, collaborative, responsible, and well- organized individuals are preferred.
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
