Driver

To ensure that guest experience objectives within the department are achieved by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive guest welcome and delivery service as per the standards of performance and training provided.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers guest inquiries by providing accurate and appropriate information.
Drops off and collects guests in the hotel lobby according to the standards and procedures of the hotel.
Loads and unloads cars on arrival and departure of guests and assist guests entering and leaving the vehicles.
Deliver messages to guests, and to deliver and collect luggage in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that guests expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
Checks the lobby helping to keep it clean and tidy and report any defects.
Handles customer complaints if possible or reports them to supervisors.

CRITERIA:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position preferably in a hospitality business.
Bachelor&039;s degree in any field.
Proficiency in English and computer literate.
Able to handle physically demanding workload.
