Duty Engineer

Attend and contribute to all staff meetings Departmental and Hotel Training as scheduled and other related activities.
Support the Departmental Training Function in the Department assigned.
Maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the outlet and all other departments.
Undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
Submit monthly reporting package on a timely basis.
Assist Chief Engineer in the preparation of Capital Expenditure Plan.
Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
Report for duty punctually wearing smart attire according to hotel&039;s dress codes and name badge at all times.
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
Conduct weekly Energy and Maintenance Meeting.
Maintain complete and supported records of Repairs, Maintenance and Energy Management for the hotel as per Fusion Policies & Procedures

High school diploma or equivalent.
Motivational skills.
1- 2 years of work experience in a similar role at Hospitality management experience.
Highly organized.
Public relations and marketing knowledge.
In- depth knowledge of Engineering practices.
Highly ethical behavior.
Effective communicator.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
