Duty Manager

Manager and maintain the smooth operation of Hotel Lobby.

Familiar with all hotel services/features .Ensures that all associates follow the Hotel standards and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

Cooperate , coordinate and communicate with other Hotel departments as required.

Handles all guest complaints and inquiries on hotel service in a courteous and efficient manner.

Work with Department Trainee & FOM to improve associate&039;s skill and knowledge.

Bachelor&039;s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years related experience.

Flexible and able to work under pressure.

Positive attitude and strong problem- solving skills.

Demonstrate excellent hospitality skills and maintain a positive relationship with guests at all times.
