Duty Manager

Ensure proper handling of cash floats and total completion of Receptionist&039;s cashier
Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the lobby and front door areas
Stay current with all hotel services as well as daily VIP requests and special events
Ensure smooth check in and check out, including group arrival and departure
Patrol the hotel and the property to observe service and quality levels and safety and security status to address any issues or concerns.
closing tasks in accordance with the hotel&039;s accounting standards, Hilton Brand Standards and the hotel&039;s requirements
Conduct annual and mid- year appraisals with Team Members

A certificate of English (from CEFR B2 or Toeic 455 or lelts 5.0 and above)
Property Management Systems; Opera system
Good communication skills, fluent in Vietnamese
Ability to read, write, and speak English language to communicate effectively
Knowledge of departmental and hotel operations
Fluency in other languages, Chinese, Korean, Japanese are preferable

Knowledge of computers and training techniques
2+ years of management or supervisory experience
Previous experience managing a team
Ability to exercise judgment in evaluating situations and in making sound decisions
An in- depth knowledge of the hotel, leisure or service sector
A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
