- At least 02 years previous duty manager experience required.- Should possess excellent management & communications skills.- Excellent sales & marketing skills- Fluent in English or Japanese
- Ensuring guest needs are attended to at all times, delivering the highest level of customer service, dealing professionally and appropriately with guest requests, enquires, comments and complaints
- Planning, managing and overseeing the hotel’s operations, to ensure all team members, staffs are properly trained and operate to the highest standards and maximize profitability of the hotel.
- This position will include early, late and night shifts as required in line with the business needs. Work Environment and Context
- Should have strong administration skills.
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, using fingers and hands, kneeling, or crouching.

- Should have excellent customer care skills
- Carrying out ad hoc project work to help the senior management team as required The ideal Duty Manager will come from a 4 or 5 Star background, have at least 3 years experience of working within all operational areas as well as have at least 2 years experience at a Supervisory or Junior Management level. Also you must have excellent communication skills with a good command of written & spoken English or Japanese, be customer focused and have the ability to motivate others, leading by example Position Requirements- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
- Ensuring that the hotel runs smoothly by proactively supervising the day to day running of the of the hotel when on shift, helping out in departments as required and identifying and resolving problems in liaison with, or in the absence of, the Head of the Department
