Duty Manager/ Quản lý trực ca

Job Description:
- Proficiency in Russian, English, Turkish, or Korean is a strong advantage, as it will support the resort in welcoming multinational guests and enhancing service quality in the coming time.
- Collaborate and support the team in carrying out departmental activities across different time slots.
- Introduce and connect international tourists, especially foreign guests, with the resort’s hospitality products.
- Coordinate with other resort departments to organize guest events, improve the quality of performances, and meet the entertainment needs of both domestic and international guests during their stay.
- Create and perform shows such as fire dance, modern dance, folk dance; rehearse with other entertainers to enhance teamwork and multitasking skills.
- Organize and perform entertainment programs such as outdoor stage activities, pool games with props, beach activities, rehearsals, and shows with entertaining performances, stage games, and yoga sessions.
Experience Requirements:
- Required documents: diplomas/certificates, criminal record check, and official confirmation of over 5 years of professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Entertainer/Animator or equivalent role in tourist attractions, entertainment event companies, international resorts, or amusement parks.
