* Objective of the function:
- The employee strictly complies with all kinds of Dyehouse SOP in order to produce high quality product, and make production safety and 5S management in shop floor.
* Main responsibilities:
- Follow calibration spectro, datacolor guardian.
- Report unsafety behaviour, unsafety condition.
- Ensure issue drugline when PL release production order (minus waiting lab recipe order).
- Maintain 5S at work place.
- Follow PPE requirment and Safety.
- To assist Supervisor for WFT Analysis.
- Report non- conformance material to superior.
- Ensure issue recipe correctly.
- Production tasks and any other duties that are required by superior.
- Follow and solving SPRINT, Late order.
- To assist Supervisor confirm SAP.
- Ensure adjust recipe with lot pass/fail DE >=0.65.

- Follow up the task arrangment by Supervisor, Officer.
- Has experience about color, adjust color in dyeing, printing, painting.
- Graduated University or College, has knowledge about dyeing is advantages.
- Work hard and follow WI
- Familiar with production process and products.
