Dyeing Shift Manager

Ensure Dyeing On- Time Delivery (OTD)

Analyze OTD failure reports and define appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure dyeing production meets on- time delivery (OTD) targets.
Maintain and update the OTD tracking report.
Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules to optimize efficiency.
Participate in all production- related meetings including backlog reviews and internal coordination meetings.

Ensure Dyeing Right First Time (RFT)

Maintain and update dyeing failure reports; perform root cause analysis and propose solutions to improve RFT performance.
Analyze functional statements, organizational charts, and project information to define roles and responsibilities of workers and work units.

Prevent Operator Errors in Dyeing

Implement Kaizen activities to continuously improve production efficiency, product quality, 5S, and visual management by reducing waste.
Ensure compliance with labor safety standards and company rules and regulations.
Enforce discipline and provide training and development programs for dyeing operators.

Other tasks

Design, schedule, and procure production tooling, processing equipment, and workstations as needed.
Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective machine maintenance.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

Graduated from university majoring in engineering or industrial management, majority in Textile Industry .

Good English skills: Reading, Writing and good communication.
Able to perform well under high pressure.
At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing factories, textile dyeing company.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A good team player.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect effectively with colleagues.
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Experience working with ERP systems.
