JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be responsible for configurations of HRM/Dynamics modules, assisting clients throughout the implementation project, providing guidance and support for customized solutions. This position requires knowledge of finance or software functions of HRM/Dynamics and will be involved in full cycle of project implementation.
Tasks and Deliverables include:
- Provide functionality demonstrations and training to new clients, end- users,
- Design and re- engineer business processes using best practices and standard HRM/Dynamics business procedures.
- Provide expertise in one or more fields of Finance & Accounting, Human Resource Management, Sales and Marketing, Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory Management or Production Management.
- Document all business processes, Gap/Fit Analysis findings, functional design documents, testing scripts, training documents and progress updates throughout implementation lifecycle.
- Work closely with the Technical Architects to assist in the design and conduct unit testing as well as integrated testing.
- Assist in go live procedures and post go live support.
- Support clients to prepare and provide master data in accurate templates and format, review and perform data import to the new system to cut over.
- Capture, assess, and define client’s business requirements to meet those objectives using practical HRM/Dynamics business solutions and industry best practices.
