KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management
Negotiate and develop commercial proposals, contracts, and KPI agreements.
Act as the primary contact for brand clients: receive briefs and consult on suitable solutions (e.g., livestream, affiliate, branding).
Monitor performance reports and maintain long- term client relationships.
Project Management
Oversee campaign performance metrics: traffic, CTR, conversion rate, GMV, etc.
Propose optimization strategies: livestream timing, strategic products, promotions, KOL matching, and more.
Coordinate internally with KOL, Creative, Livestream Ops, Logistics teams, etc., to ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned with objectives.
Market Analysis & Strategic Development
Recommend strategies for product portfolio expansion and brand segmentation aligned with company direction.
Keep up with e- commerce trends, especially TikTok Shop and Shopee.
Manage client databases, build processes for client care and upselling.
Team Management
Guide and train Account Executives; assist in resolving operational issues.
Allocate workload and oversee the quality of deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Experience working directly with KOLs/creators and brands is a strong advantage.
In- depth understanding of livestream commerce, online consumer behavior, and e- commerce market trends.
Preferred candidates with prior experience managing a small team.
Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in E- commerce, Agency, or platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, E- commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
Proactive, data- driven, customer- centric, and able to work under high pressure.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
