ABOUT NINA GROUP:
Studio and event venue rental system in District 7 & District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.
Providing set design production services for TVC, music video, photography, livestream, and event projects.
Offering full- package services for event organization, production, and decoration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management
Monitor performance reports and maintain long- term client relationships.
Act as the primary contact for brand clients: receive briefs and consult on suitable solutions (e.g., livestream, affiliate, branding).
Negotiate and develop commercial proposals, contracts, and KPI agreements.
Project Management
Propose optimization strategies: livestream timing, strategic products, promotions, KOL matching, and more.
Oversee campaign performance metrics: traffic, CTR, conversion rate, GMV, etc.
Coordinate internally with KOL, Creative, Livestream Ops, Logistics teams, etc., to ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned with objectives.
Market Analysis & Strategic Development
Manage client databases, build processes for client care and upselling.
Recommend strategies for product portfolio expansion and brand segmentation aligned with company direction.
Keep up with e- commerce trends, especially TikTok Shop and Shopee.
Team Management
Allocate workload and oversee the quality of deliverables.
Guide and train Account Executives; assist in resolving operational issues.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Proactive, data- driven, customer- centric, and able to work under high pressure.
Experience working directly with KOLs/creators and brands is a strong advantage.
Preferred candidates with prior experience managing a small team.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account/Account Manager, preferably in E- commerce, Agency, or platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
In- depth understanding of livestream commerce, online consumer behavior, and e- commerce market trends.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, E- commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
