DIMENSION/ KEY FIGURES:
External customers : Distributors, E- Retailers
Internal customers : all internal departments
Direct report to: Head of E- Commerce- Cosmetics
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage good relationships with key accounts and third- party partners.
Manage the P&L for the E- commerce business, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive E- commerce growth.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Other tasks are assigned by the line manager.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the competitiveness of the E- commerce business.
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on E- commerce performance.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WHO WILL HAVE:
Education:
Bachelor&039;s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in E- commerce, with a focus on P&L management, budget management, and account management.
Experience with E- commerce platforms and tools is a plus.
Competencies:
