E-Commerce Business Planning Manager

- Working Location: Me Linh Point, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, Ho Chi Minh
- Working Time: Mon- Sat
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
E- Planning Manager is responsible for building and managing E- commerce plan for the whole year and execute it accordingly to achieve sales target.
- Understand consumer, customer needs and market insights to formulate joint business plan with Retail, Marketplace and D2C platforms.
- Analyze business and review constantly current business practices and performance with key customers and internally to optimize future planning and execution.
- Facilitate execution excellence in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
- Plan and monitor budget, channel/customer P&L which driven sustainability and profitability.
- Cross functional collaboration to drive the business result, proficiency and consumer/customer services.
- Continuously upgrade professional skills and suggest initiatives to develop the categories, brands and stakeholders&039; relationships with aggressiveness and sustainability.
- Manage, guide, and participate in direct planning and task execution that are aligned with business objectives and Brand/Customer strategies.
- Supervise e- commerce plan implementation (promotions, exclusive deals, special offers, live shows …) in line with local market needs and competitors’ benchmarks.
- Understand consumer, customer needs and market insights to formulate joint business plan with Retail, Marketplace and D2C platforms.
