E - Commerce Content Specialist

At Dragonfly, we are creating a new multi-platform experience in the fashion watches, accessories, jewelry, tech accessories and cosmetics space with a focus on amazing international and regional fashion brands. The E-Commerce Content Specialist will play a critical role in helping to launch the upcoming fossil.com/vn website and create and manage our catalog of products, while creating compelling and optimised written and visual content that plays an essential role in converting views into sales and helping to manage customer relationships.

Reports: Senior E-Commerce Executive
• Assist in workflow and system optimization, product template creation, and projects to support business initiatives as needed.
• Should be active in working to improve our customer data and leveraging off that to create segmented messages to different customer groups.
• Implement search engine optimisation initiatives on our platform.
• Assist in analysing site traffic and working with our social media and digital advertising teams to drive specific product initiatives.
• Other tasks from time to time as required from the team.

• At least 2- 3 years of e-commerce experience including creating product content and SEO.
• This role is particularly attractive for a person who enjoys selling fashion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Experience should also include in selling on Lazada. Experience in using Haravan/Shopify or other established back-end solutions, particularly for fashion and/or international consumer brands
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Should be able to create great online relationships with our customers and understand the basics of CRM.
