As the E- Commerce Executive, the incumbent will assist the Head of Business Development of our healthcare and beauty products, the regional brand and marketing team in Malaysia in executing various e- commerce campaigns contributing to the overall growth and success of our beauty brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use key learnings from own campaigns or competitor promotional and marketing campaigns to drive own e- comm growth
• To ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Actively take part in scheduled internal weekly meetings and brainstorming
• Check and verify that all product listings have accurate and high- quality images, graphics and content
• Use Google analytics and or social media digital search and ad tools, devise and implement campaigns to boost traffic into the store
• Use social media, digital content, search engines, and email campaigns to drive traffic, increase subscribers and converting them to purchases online
• Analyse different product/marketing campaigns performance for improved future campaign planning
• Work with Brand team, to ensure listing of new brands / products and ensure plans are in place to communicate and excite consumers online
• Ensure stocks availability with secure stock through a robust monitoring process
• Create, update and ensure proper site products and content for social media
• Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Analyze past sales, identify trends, action on fast and slow- moving inventory
• Plan, execute and monitor monthly e- comm monthly promotion campaigns to drive sales
• Plan and execute digital promotion campaigns and projects to drive sales to meet budget
• Perform regular audits to ensure pricing is accurate and that products are categorized correctly. Set a process to check and approve all price uploads, to avoid price setting errors
• Handle customers’ inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Passionate in e- commerce marketing.
• Min 1- 2 years’ experience in day- to- day management of ecomm sales platform; both in market places as well as own brand store URL
• Possess strong analytical abilities to interpret and use the data to build results- driven platforms
• Self- driven and result- oriented.
• Good customer service, to meet high customer rating
• Detail- oriented, able to spot errors accurately
• On trend in the digital environment, active in social media, good knowledge of current trends
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
