E-Commerce Executive

· Work with internal teams to deliver best- in- class sales services (including handling sales inquiries, promotions, order processing, delivery, stock and payment reconciliation, collection, etc.) and provide exceptional after- sales customer care.
· Oversee the smooth execution of ordering, importing, and exporting processes, as well as the transportation of goods to partner warehouses.
· Establish and nurture strong, sustainable business relationships with e- commerce partners to drive sales growth and increase market share for the assigned product portfolio.
· Manage e- commerce platform operations, including promotions, customer relationship management (CRM), and campaign preparations in collaboration with partners.
· Identify and pursue cooperation and business development opportunities with potential partners in the online channel, ensuring alignment with the assigned product portfolio.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the Ecommerce Team Lead.
· Collaborate with e- commerce partners and internal teams (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Logistics) to develop effective business plans targeting consumer/customer acquisition, retention, and engagement via online platforms.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
· Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Economics, Marketing, E- commerce, or a related field.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logistics, etc.).
· Proficiency in CRM tools and campaign management.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills.
· Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in e- commerce
· Strong understanding of e- commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
