E-Commerce Executive (Vitox VN)

VITOX VN- The first organization in Viet Nam to analyze the quality of products in the US to meet CA Prop 65
- Update new info on regular basis; banners and videos in accordance with campaigns, collections.
- Input all required product info and upload to e- commerce sites.
- Perform QC for all contents published on e- commerce sites
- Coordinating with the Marketing agency about produce images, ideas, video, slogan, banner advertising on the website…
- Analyzing e- commerce sales performance, extracting, analyzing and evaluating data on reporting and sales tracking systems, Marketing indicators for making timely decisions about the changes appropriate product, price or promotion.
- Monitor day by day sales performance:
+ Track and analysis the market information & competitor dynamics to provide the necessary tactics
+ Receiving and handle customer complaints
+ Perform pricing and develop promotional campaign to generate sales.
+ Perform inventory & sales channel management
+ Implement marketing campaign, optimize impression, and regulate marketing budget
+ Conduct, execute the business plan to achieve the sales target and prepare sales forecast for each product in all sales channel
- Cross- coordinating, interact with other departments of operation to bring the best shopping experience to customer
- Prepare sales report & analysis (result- oriented) by week, month and quarter.
- Conduct market research, initiate & propose new product ideas, identify new market to enter and occupy market share and responsible for developing & executing launching plan.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.

Preferably working experience in e- commerce.
6 months’ experience and above in a similar role in E- commerce
University bachelor’s degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance

Preferred Skills

Have logical thinking and strong problem- solving skills.
Must be team- oriented and self- motivated.
Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency.
English is must (at least 550 TOEIC).
Self- working skills.
Knowledge about the American market or SEO/ keywords.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
