Responsibilities:
E- commerce Store Operations:
Ensure smooth operations for tasks such as order processing, payments, refunds, and stock management, while providing timely support to customers (e.g., samples, gifts, etc.).
Responsible for managing and operating all of the company’s online sales platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Haravan), ensuring these platforms run efficiently, optimizing processes, and driving online revenue growth.
Oversee the execution of promotional programs on e- commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and effective implementation.
Assign and manage shift schedules for staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Conduct monthly inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate in the system.
Monitor and analyze competitors regularly, evaluating their commercial activities and strategies, and adjusting tactics accordingly.
Develop and implement promotional strategies, forecast inventory demand, manage customer relationships, and coordinate marketing campaigns across e- commerce platforms.
Manage customer service on online platforms, resolving issues and improving the overall shopping experience.
Collaborate closely with internal departments (accounting, marketing, logistics, IT, etc.) and external partners (e- commerce platforms, shipping service providers) to achieve KPIs and project objectives.
Confirm and process orders promptly and accurately
Evaluate, report, and analyze store operation data, and propose solutions to improve sales effectiveness and optimize operational processes.
Inventory and Logistics Management:
Work with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize shipping processes, ensuring timely deliveries and minimizing overstock.
Monitor the movement of goods, ensuring that inventory levels meet demand for major promotional campaigns and preventing stock shortages.
Reporting and Analysis:
Report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales revenue, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and make strategic decisions based on data insights.
Perform additional tasks as required by management related to e- commerce operations, digital strategy, and other evolving responsibilities.
