Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute buyer acquisition and retention strategies by optimizing product listings (SEO, visuals, copy), utilizing Shopee’s native tools (vouchers, bundles, flash sales), and improving user journey across touchpoints.
Lead the end- to- end operations of our ecommerce stores (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki…), ensuring seamless execution across product listing, content management, order fulfillment, and customer experience.
Manage the application process and ongoing compliance for Shopee Mall and other premium marketplace programs, ensuring the brand meets all operational and service- level requirements.
Prepare and present monthly performance reviews with actionable insights and data- driven recommendations to management.
Track competitors on Shopee and other marketplaces, analyzing their pricing, positioning, campaign activities, and best practices to sharpen our competitive edge.
Define and execute pricing strategies that maintain competitiveness while maximizing profitability; regularly analyze ROAS to optimize campaign effectiveness and budget usage.
Analyze store performance and customer data, including traffic, conversion rate, campaign performance, product sell- through, and demographics, to identify key KPIs and continuously improve performance.
Identify trending products or gaps in assortment, and collaborate with internal teams to onboard new SKUs that increase AOV and align with brand positioning.
Proactively evaluate operational processes such as inventory sync, order processing, and customer handling to propose improvements that enhance efficiency and profitability.
Work closely with ecommerce agencies and internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, supply chain, design) to drive promotional campaigns, coordinate store branding, and deliver business targets.
REQUIREMENT
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data- driven decisions.
Experience working about Shopee mall is a must
Good english communication
Minimum 5 Years of proven experience in e- commerce, with significant hands- on experience managing and growing Shopee shops.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, E- commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in using Shopee Seller Centre and its analytical tools.
Experience with product research, market trend analysis, and merchandising strategies.
Demonstrable track record of increasing sales, conversion rates, and overall performance on the Shopee platform.

Working time: Monday- Friday (9:00- 18:00), Saturday morning (9:00- 13:00)
