We’re seeking an experienced and talented e- commerce executive to join our dynamic team at Lixibox. As an e- commerce specialist, you’ll maintain all our sales touchpoints — website & app Lixibox including overseeing online sales, managing stock inventories, controlling spending and cost effectiveness, and taking initiatives to grow revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Management:
Monitor and analyze the real time performance of campaigns and ensure quick actions to optimize performance.
Plan, execute, and optimize social commerce campaigns to promote products and special offers.
Performance management:
Manage and optimize commerce platforms (website/app) including but not limited to Instagram Shopping, Facebook Shops, .. and other emerging social commerce channels.
Generate regular reports on key metrics, such as conversion rates, click- through rates, and revenue generated through social commerce channels.
Integrating with overall marketing efforts, budgeting & controlling CiR of Facebook ads & other marketing spendings.
Stay up- to- date with platform updates, features, and best practices to maximize effectiveness.
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social commerce efforts.
Product Integration:
Coordinate with product teams to ensure seamless integration of products into social commerce platforms.
Metrics of Lixibox web & app that matters in this position: Revenue, ROAS / or CIR.
Optimize product listings, descriptions, and visuals to enhance the online shopping experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross- functional teams
Creativity and a strong understanding of visual content creation.
In- depth knowledge of live streaming, social platforms and emerging trends.
Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on social commerce.
Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
Familiarity with e- commerce platforms and technologies.
