Sitting within the E- Commerce team and reporting to the E- Commerce Marketplace Manager, The E- Commerce Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for the visual and day- to- day operations of our Amazon platforms, providing optimal brand representation and user experience to boost customer engagement, promote conversions, and accomplish business goals.
Your role:
- Manage the day- to- day operations of the Rodd and Gunn Amazon Marketplaces to ensure sales targets are met, including asset management, tagging, SEO optimisation, SIS decoration, banner layouts, product displays, and day to day management of our online stores, among other things, are all used to enhance sales, conversion, and maximize user experience.
- Maintain how- to & guidelines documentation related to Third Party management to ensure wider business sharing if necessary.
- Manage the product lifecycle for designated marketplaces from launch to end- of- life, ensuring seasonally relevant product is loaded on time with correct prices, images, full enrichment and merchandised according to the business requirements of the marketplace.
- Keep up with the most tools, features, and activities on Amazon platforms to increase brand exposure and traffic.
- Pay close attention, adapt swiftly, and integrate platform New Initiatives & Market Trends.
- Image maintenance assist wider ecommerce business to locate and manage images for marketplaces across the business.
- Update the content calendar in conjunction with the GM, and Digital Marketing team to make sure all content on the marketplace is seasonally relevant and meets the Rodd & Gunn Brand standards and complies with platform requirements.
- In conjunction with your manager monitor logistics flow from order to returns working with the relevant DC to ensure orders are dispatched on time and being delivered within the SLA that is agreed and making sure returns/refunds are being dealt with in adequate time & manner according to different partners’ specifications.

What you&039;ll need to succeed
- Strong experience with Amazon Web Services.
- Minimum of 5 years in a fast- paced E- Commerce environment; Shopee, Lazada, TikTok being a plus.
- Merchandising and Campaign Management.
- Technology astute with an interest in all things digital.
- Must be fluent in English verbal and written.
- Experience in a technology stack that includes a CMS, PIM, Promotion Engine, CDP or marketing Automation system.
- Ability to build relationships and manage a program of work that delivers results for the business.
Appropriate degree in business, marketing, arts or digital.
