As an E- commerce Specialist, you will drive sales and enhance the online presence of Asus products across the Asus e- store and other e- commerce platforms. The role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, managing product listings, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize revenue and customer engagement. You will report directly to the Channel Management Director.

What are you expected to do?
In your daily duties, you will:
Platform Management
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, high- quality images, and competitive pricing to enhance visibility and appeal.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms in line with Asus guidelines.
- Oversee and optimize product listings on the Asus e- store (central platform), Shopee, Lazada, and other relevant e- commerce platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Sales and Promotion:
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, including promotions, discounts, and bundle offers.
- Leverage platform- specific tools to increase product visibility and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute targeted digital campaigns (e.g., flash sales, seasonal promotions).
Content creation
- Optimize UX/UI for landing pages and the e- store to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Create promotional social posts for the e- store, including engaging posts and updates with thumbnails, banners, and promotional highlights developed by design team.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, traffic, and sales performance.
- Identify trends and opportunities to optimize listings and campaigns for better ROI.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards) to generate reports and provide actionable insights.
Customer Experience
- Ensure a seamless customer journey by optimizing product pages, checkout processes, and post- purchase support.
- Address customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction and ratings.
Inventory and Coordination
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize delivery processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Keep track of orders and ensure product availability, as well as timely updates on stock levels.
We are thrilled if you own the following qualities
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, E- commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ year experience working in eCommerce/Digital marketing
• Having knowledge of Asus laptop and accessories products, as well as the consumer electronics market, is a plus.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or platform- specific dashboards.
• Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects at once
• Proven track record of driving sales on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or similar marketplaces.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross- functional teams.
• Strong understanding of e- commerce tools, SEO, and digital advertising (e.g., PPC, social media ads).
• Detail- oriented with strong organizational and problem- solving skills.
• Good English communication for business
