Job description: E- Commerce Specialist
- Optimize the space and sales area of the business on the e- commerce platforms that the company has deployed.
- Group meetings with other departments to come up with ideas and plans to promote business efficiency of the enterprise on deployed e- commerce platforms.
- Search engine optimization (SEO) to increase the visibility of business sales pages to the top, bringing more clicks to the page.
- Collect and analyze information from the market and Marketing programs to grasp the latest trends in the market
- Implement activities to improve customers&039; shopping experience on the e- commerce platform, thereby creating a fast, convenient and professional purchasing process for customers.
- Responsible for planning and goals, coordinating with internal team and e- commerce partners to plan, monitor, implement, measure and evaluate the results of sales programs for sales channels Online shopping (Shopee/ Lazada/ Tik Tok Shop/ Affiliate/ Website/ Tiki…)
- Coordinate with the order processing department, delivery processes and customer refunds.
- Deploy Marketing activities on Google, social networking sites and optimize them to bring the highest sales efficiency.
- Plan, deploy and measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns on the company&039;s online channels and perform supporting tasks to develop an online sales channel platform for businesses.
- Analyze and synthesize relevant data about customers, products, businesses, ETC. to find out online shopping trends of customers.
- Monitor order activities as well as customer receipt process to ensure orders are delivered successfully.
- Make periodic reports and coordinate with Marketing Leader to analyze and devise e- commerce marketing and business strategies
