E-commerce Supervisor JBL/Harman

▪ Coordinate with Marketing team to evaluate efficiency of marketing campaign/ strategy, and regulate marketing budget
▪ Plan and implement to develop the brand and image of the Company to increase customer recognition on e- commerce platforms.
▪ Develop short, mid and long term strategies by analyzing internal/ external resources to achieve the business objectives.
▪ Build strong relationships with e- commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tiki, Amazon,...)
▪ Plan and implement sales activities to optimize profit and revenue for Campaign and Daily days.
▪ Conduct strategies/ plans to maintain good performance and manage team to push sales
▪ Co- operate with other departments for smooth running of sales operation such as inventory management and ordering, new product deployment.
▪ Update and catch up market trends / competitors and business characteristics of Online / Offline channels to plan appropriate business development and increase custormer experience, balance between channels and delegate task for Team members.
▪ Build up Sales team by training, hiring to achieve best value for company
▪ Tracking, Prepare sales report & analysis (result- oriented) by week, month and quarter.
Location: 5- 7 D52 Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District

▪ Conservation English is must.
▪ At least 1- 2 years working experience at the equivalent team lead/sup position, preferable in e- commerce and retail
▪ Experience in planning and team management
▪ Understand the characteristics of platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tiki, Amazon, Web,...)
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office
▪ College bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
▪ Have the ability process data/analysis business/ problem by metrics- driven
