Key Responsibilities:
E- Merchandising:
Develop and implement e- merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation across all e- commerce platforms.
Ensure all SKUs are properly listed, categorized, and displayed to maximize visibility and sales.
SKU Listing:
Manage the end- to- end process of SKU listing across all platforms, ensuring all products are uploaded with accurate information.
Work with enablers and agencies to regularly update SKU listings, reflecting changes in product offerings or pricing.
Share of Shelf (SIS) Management:
Oversee the Share of Shelf for all brands on all platforms, ensuring the company&039;s products are prominently displayed.
Monitor SIS performance and implement strategies to improve product visibility and ranking.
Thumbnail Management:
Coordinate with design teams to create compelling and effective thumbnails.
Ensure all product thumbnails are optimized for visibility and consistent with brand guidelines across all platforms.
Monthly Dashboard & Reporting:
Provide additional reports as requested, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Track and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present monthly e- commerce dashboards and reports, detailing key performance metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Customer Service Connection:
Act as the key point of contact between the e- commerce team and customer service.
Ensure customer service teams are equipped with the necessary information to resolve e- commerce- related inquiries efficiently.
Marketing Solutions:
Contribute ideas for promotions, campaigns, and other marketing activities that drive online sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute e- commerce marketing strategies across all brands and platforms.
Dedicated Project:
Manage video content projects for Shopee, from ideation to execution.
Lead the planning and execution of Shopee livestream projects, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
Coordinate with influencers, production teams, and platform representatives to deliver high- quality livestream content.
Collaboration with Enablers, Agencies, and MCNs:
Ensure all collaborations align with the company’s e- commerce objectives and brand guidelines.
Maintain strong working relationships with external partners, including enablers, agencies, and MCNs.
Other tasks following line manager’s request
