Professional responsibilities:
•Responsible for the implementation of N- module of environmental pillar in the whole plant.
• Research on new Sustainability TECH, guide each department to improve energy use process and improve the performance of Sustainability of the factory
•Apply PDCA approach to major challenging KPIs and participate in ITF team to ensure KPI achievement; Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis process for regional PDCA implementation;
•Regular energy inspection, tracking energy actions, urging all relevant personnel to carry out energy action rectification, responsible for weekly reporting of power process parameter point diagram, tracking and analyzing existing energy problems and energy trends;
•Provide accurate energy reports to all departments; Follow up the operation of energy supply equipment and energy consumption equipment of each department.
•Prepare annual energy budget for plant and departments, monitor and report its implementation;
•Monitor and analyze the energy of the whole company by using TECH technology, EMS and other platforms, provide timely abnormal energy supply and use, and make suggestions to the Sustainability Manager to guide all departments of the plant to use appropriate methods to control energy consumption;
• Participate in the formulation of various schemes to improve plant energy performance; Organize the implementation of energy fluid GOPs and promote the implementation of energy fluid best practices in the plant.
•Participate in the production scheduling of the factory, guide the optimal and most energy efficient production scheduling method;
•Responsible for monthly and annual energy use summary and energy cost difference analysis;
VPO Management and Application
•Propose and participate in the ITF team to ensure the completion of KPI, and support continuous improvement and root cause analysis process for the implementation of regional PDCA
•Comply with national food safety laws and regulations, implement quality and hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) standards, and eliminate quality incidents
•Ensuring that energy management meets safety laws and regulations; implementing MCL lists of E&F engineers to monitor key safety actions and key safety tasks; focusing on regional security issues, formulating action plans and tracking results for continuous improvement
•Work in accordance with VPO mode, follow Budweiser Inbo&039;s safety environment policy, ensure that the behavior of individuals and team members conforms to safety; follow Budweiser Inbo&039;s environmental policy, implement chemical management, sewage management and by- product waste management regulations, protect the environment, and ensure that departments comply with safety laws and regulations
•Improve service quality, upgrade internal and external service level agreements, provide timely and effective services and get effective support from other departments based on reviewing the results of mandatory internal/external mandatory service level agreements
•Recognize and publicize Budweiser InBev&039;s corporate culture, eliminate skills gap through continuous learning and training, improve their professional skills and actively share their successful experience
