ECOMMERCE AND DIGITAL SUPERVISOR

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Planning:

Develop monthly and quarterly activity plans for Shopee and TikTok Shop for the Genkai Seaweed brand
Propose marketing and communication strategies to increase order volume and revenue on other e- commerce platforms

E- commerce platform operation:

Organize and implement campaigns and livestream programs to boost platform sales
Optimize shop metrics to achieve the best performance (response rate, order cancellations, returns, etc.)
Review and adjust images and content to align with the storefront theme and each marketing campaign
Manage and update products on the Shopee and TikTok storefronts
Run internal platform advertisements, ensure sales targets are met, and increase revenue
Monitor the status, process orders, and handle customer complaints
Take primary responsibility for managing the Shopee and TikTok Shop channels of Genkai Seaweed
Collaborate in promotional campaigns provided by BD/KAM
Participate in e- commerce platform programs
Propose participation in exclusive platform programs with BD/KAM

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor&039;s Degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Economics, or related

Knowledge of online technologies and their use in delivering customer and business benefit
At least 3- year experience in the role of operating e- commerce platforms
Experience in the FMCG with foods industry is a big plus
Good at time management and teamwork skills
Experience in brand and customer retail management
